Harassment by management

I am serving in a PSU under Govt of India. My GM was harassing me. He had downgraded my ACR for 2009-2010 & 2010-2011. I met the GM and tlod that Sir, I have achieved all the assignments to your satisfaction, I have not been given any memo for non-performance, then why my ACR has been downgraded whereas some other person who have not performed well have got higher marks, he told that ACR is not assessed on performance of assignments given, instead personal relation with your boss plays decisive role. Thereafter I had written a letter to Chairman & Managing Director and narrated the whole story. I had also brought some cases of corruption in which GM is involved. In that letter I had also requested to CMD that since GM is not happy with me and he is spoiling my career in spite of my achievements, I may be transferred so that I may have fair chance to grow in my career. The CMD has ordered a Vigilance enquiry. The enquiry was done by our unit PVO and he has submitted his report to head office. Meanwhile all the contents of my complaints have been leaked to GM and he started giving me show-cause notices quoting that you have made so & so complaint to CMD. He also managed with the help of our Director my transfer to some very difficult station (where temperature dips to minus 30 degree and oxygen level is low). I had then met to CMD and other Director and requested them that since I had already completed one tenure at another hard station and presently I am also posted at a hard station, there are hundreds of employees, who in their entire service, have not gone to any hard-station, it is unfair to post me at hardest station. Nobody is listening to me. GM is still there. Nothing has been done against him.GM had also tried to harass me with the help of local police whose S.P. is his friend.( When I was going to my home town , I have been stopped for hours by police) I was also denied accommodation in our guest-house though it was not fully pre-occupied. Now please advice me:
Can I get any relief from court? Can I go to Human Right Commission?

you can complaint human rights and also women cell or directly give your jurisdiction magistrate Harassment women act.

That usually happens in PSUs. Insted of approaching the GM/Director you could better have resorted to the process of a written appeal to the appellate authority against adverse entry in your ACR by the GM.

Now, it is better if you challenge the act of downgrading your ACR on valid grounds by approaching the appropriate forum, like CAT/HC, as the case may be.

Well if the above all facts then u can complaint in HR and women harassment act
