Do you want to say that in the mutual divorce petition you waived your right of custody or visitation of the child?
If yes then do not loose heart, you can still exercise your right of custody or visitation through the court of law.
If the mutual divorce has not been done then you must remove such clause from the petition.

You can get visitation even after you have written so, child custody can be opened anytime.
But if you have not signed such agreement till now, don't side.
