THERE ARE 2 SOCIETIES ON THE SAME PLOT. IS THERE ANY LAW OR NOTIFICATION WHICH STATES THAT CONVEYANCE SHALL BE MADE IN FAVOUR OF BOTH THE SOCIETIES. CAN I HAVE NOTIFICATION AS SIGNED BY MS.PRATIBHA PATIL ? PL GIVE DETAIL.

On One Plot where there is a single entrance and there are 2 buildings each of two separate housing societies. Landlady is deceased and developer has power of attorney from legal heir of the deceased. We want to know that whether Conveyance shall be made in the joint names of both societies ? If we want such joint conveyance then what is the legal position especally in the light of the notification signed by President in year 2007 for conveyance. Pl give copy of notification
