A PETITION WAS FILED UNDER SECTION 5 LIMITATION ACT WITH 10 DAYS LESS TO THE ACTUAL DAYS TO BE CONDONED BY HONBLE COURT COUNTER ALSO FILED BY THE OPPOSITE PARTY AND THE SAME WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE TO THE PETITIONER. HOW THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED IN THE MAIN PETITION AS PER C.P.C OR ANY OTHER WAY PLS SUGGEST ME

Ten days delay is not big issue. Court will allow your section 5 petition on terms. I mean condone delay petition can be allowed on cost. Then this allowed delay condone petition will not make any trouble for main petition.
