SIR KINDLY TELL ME IF THERE ARE FIVE PERSONS WHO HAVE GIVEN FALSE STATEMENTS AFTER OATH IN FRONT OF A CIVIL JUDGE AND I HAVE TO FILE A CASE OF PERGURY AGAINST THEM TNEN IT WILL BE A SINGLE CASE AGAINST ALL OR SEPERATE CASES AGAINST ALL OF THEM DEEPAK JUNEJA

If you are an aggrieved person mean you can sue against their false affidavit. Otherwise your case is questionable about its maintainablity.

i am petitioner in the case of will probate which was prepared by my father in my favour.kindly tell me one other answer that a alleged gift deed was got registered by my sisters and brother in law from my dad when he was suffering from last stage of alzheimers(dementia)disease who expired in 2007. doctor madhuri behari HOD NEUROLOGY AIIMS has given witness in front of a judge in my complaint case of 420 against my sisters that my father was not in a position to make those papers(gift deed) how gift deed can be cancelled through process of court
