Regarding Maintanance

Dear Sir,

We both filed mutual divorce last year october 2010. now medaition is going on regading maintance. She agreed for 2laks and she has turned for 15days to sign a agreement. After 2 weeks she came again and saying that she need for 5lakhs. But Iam unable to pay 5lakhs. I dont know what to do. Kindly advise me whether any other grounds are availbe to file case in high court to get divorce fast and how long it will take.

You can either agree or disagree in mutual divorce cases, nothing more than that.
If mutual divorce fails then file suit for divorce on the grounds which are available to you.
