hi experts
i have property in bangalore recently i planned to sell that property and i got a party to buy that property and we made a sale agreement getting 10 lakhs and i now i am planning to break the sale agreement reason is iam getting a higher rate for the same property from other party who is also intersted to buy it so now i want to know how to solve this problem and break the sale agreement please help me in this regards.

unless and until you forward a copy of the agreement it is not possible to give a detailed reply .
please note that in the event you break your agreement and refuse to give possession of premises purchaser may file suit for specific performance and also obtain injunction restraining you from creating any third party rights in the premises .

If the proposed purchaser has fulfilled all his obligtions under the said agreement, within stipulated time, he can enforce specific performance of the sale agreement executed between you.
