Yes C C a/c in Bank is not for gaining any profit.Account holder pays the charges to bank for maintaining account and the services provided by the bank so he is consumer and the Bank is service provider.
V.T.Venkataram (Expert) 22 July 2011
If you are buying goods or hiring services for commercial purpose, then you ARE not a consumer, unless the goods bought or services availed are exclusively for the purpose of earning your livelihood.
If the payment is made through the bank account, the opposite party will put up a defense that the transaction is a commercial one and that you are not a consumer.

but for bank purpose you are a consumer of bank.
