Tenant in Property on Goverment land

Sir,I have a commercial shop which is on Pagdi. I pay the rent to the landlord. But the property is on Collectors land. My query is if the property goes for redevelopment under Mhada's SRA scheme being a tenant will I get the shop in the new building as I have proof like rent receipts since 1984,but electricity bill and the Shop and establishment certificate of my staying there since 1998 and not from 1995 as required for the SRA Scheme.

Normally yes , but any problem pl file writ before your HC.

Dear Sir,
As per your version you are unauthorised tenant or enchrocher. In these circumstance the Collector has right to evict you under Public premises Act. In this case you cannot any privilage in proposed rent building. However, you can file Civil Suit or Writ and you can get interim injunction order against the government officials by support of the possession documents. But, that will be a temprory relief and will not save your occupaction for a long period.
