It depends in which field you want to be a Legal Adviser. Generally you have to learn every part of law. Now-a-days in a corporate sector you must have knowledge of corporate law, Company law, Industrial & Labour law all other civil laws.

it is better to have acquittance of cyber law , intellectual property rights and legal process outsourcing and then to become a legal advisor.
