Info on Civil Suit Required

(Querist) 28 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
In a Civil Suit based on Specific Relief Act involving Plaintiff (private party) and two Defendants both Government Departments.

In the above suit D1 was set exparte as they failed to file Written Statement. D2 filed Written Statement following which Plaintiff filed Rejoinder.

Now D2 is not filing Counter for the said Rejoinder (more than 150 Days) what are the next stages in the Civil Suit ?

The pleadings are complete. The question of further rejoinder by D2 does not arise. The matter will be posted for admission of denial of documents. Thereafter issues would be framed. The trial of the suit would begin thereafter.
