Gratuity Eligibility

Hi,
I have worked for Wipro for exactly 4 years 7 months and 25 days.

My tenure duration was from May 15th 2006 to Jan 10th 2011.

Also, gratuity was part of my Salary stack.
I was not paid any gratuity amount as I was told that 5 yrs service is required.

I would like your opinion on my gratuity elegibility in view of the recent supreme court judgement on similar cases.

No entitlement of gratuity is made on a service of below five years period.

yes, you are not entitled for gratuity as even you have not completed 240 days in 5th year of your service.
