Proof of Electronic documents

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 09 December 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
To prove rates of shares on respective dates, I have to produce on record a printout taken from nseindia.com, which is an authorised website of National Stock Exchange. The printout contains opening price, highest price, lowest price and closing price of a particular security of a particular company on a particular day. What should I exactly do so that no further proof will be necessary ?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 09 December 2010
The printout is sufficient.

yes, it is admissible.
Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 10 December 2010
However, such electronic documents generate details such of date of origin, time, etc which is sufficient to satisfy its authenticity in any court of law.
