I am Complainant and my next date is judgment i want to ask one query after the judgment what punisment given to accuse two year punishment or cheque double amount please advise me

One more quary is this punshment given judge or we can decide taken double amount and other lawyer fees and widraw case please advise me

penalty, punishment and double the cheque amount. But to recover the cheque amount you will have to file a civil suit.

My second quary is that after judgment how will recover our cheque amount and after the judgment accuse need to give bail to court

Yes the accuse would have to pray for bail if he gets punished and fro getting money you have file a suit for recovery of money unless the court directs for further sentence on default of payment.

today court is given judgment to me accuse give 6 month punshment and 55,000/- pay to me But i dont know this amount when i get it.
