my fater died in 1954. now i am 70 years old. i have 3 broters and 4 sisters. i applied in the revenue depatmentfor legalhire certifacte they rejected my application the reason is not attached the death certifacte of my father. if i get the legalhire certifacte through court and what are doucements to be furnished and what is procedure please help me and no deathcertiface of my father and there is no register of death of my father

just register the death of your father and get a certificate. it is very simple. approach to the authority directly. no advocate required.

The first requirement is Death Certificate for initiating any proceeding.So please get it first.

If the death was not registered.
You can get it done thru court.

You can make an application under the nBirth and Death Registration Act before the competent Judicial Magistrate at your place to seek a direction to the local body to register the death of your father. After getting the same registered,you can renew your application for heirship certificate.
