Whether a ruling of Supreme Court (2009) is applicable for the District consumer forum for not registering the case which is against the BSNL co. How a consumer redresses his grivience if his landline has been disconnected by the company for non-payment of amount.

According to the judgement if your matter falls u/s 7B of act than the Consumer forum have no jurisdiction.

No.. Please mentioned that case law.. I knew that judgement. As per that judgement publics cannot file any complaint before district consumer disputes redressal forum against b.s.n.l. Subsequently all tele network companies take advantage that judgements.. In one another case S.C cleared one thing, that except b.s.n.l no network can get benefit by that previous said judgement. How ever thats a bias judgement infavour of b.s.n.l. (evening i wil publish that judgment)
