That my client is residing with his neighbour relative ….. in last month he served notice to that lady for partition …… but recently the lady filed a complaint under Domestic Violence Act and The maintenance & welfare of Parents and Sr. Citizens ActHow to defend such caseWhether the complaint is maintainable under the provisions of above Acts ?

yes the complaint is maintainable provided your client is having domestic relationship. Like any other case this case is to be defended.

your question is not clear.you did not mention relationship with that lady.your client served a notice for partition.If your client is residing since long time with that ladyand both are living as a husband and wife in eyes of public, certainely the landy can move a petition under dvc act.
