False case on husbands friend

My friend & his wife got married & than due to their internal problems they started staying separately within 6 months. My friend is not at all interested in living with her but the girl wants him back. So She filed 498A, 406 r/w sec 34 & included my name ( husbands friend ) along with him & his family. She has made complain to Nari Sanghatna & than filed case
of domestic violence also.

Since I am his close friend I guess the girl feels that if she keeps on harassing me, I will talk to my friend about accepting her or something like that.

But this decision has to be of my friend on his own, he ran away from that his house & got married to her than he himself left her & came back, they were all his decisions.

On what grounds can I prove that I have been falsely pulled into this matter. Please guide me

It is better to file a discharge petition in such case proceedings where such of your implication is not maintainable either on law or on facts, hence do immediately through your counsel.

Yes , without knowing the all details of the case it is difficult to suggest anything except to wait till conclusion of trial.

unless the contents of the fir lodged against you are known it would be difficult to opine if you have a case at all to approach the high court for quashing under sec.482 of Cr.p.c.the same applies to a discharge petition as well. from what you have alleged,it is understood that you have been motivatedly dragged into this case by the lady. that you can establish only during trial of the criminal case ans get acquitted. wish you all the best.

She has mentioned that I accompanied my friend (her husband) at her brother in laws place & her husband had demanded 6 lakhs rupees. Than she has written along with her husband I used ask her to take loan.
The thing is directly she could not use 498A & 406 on me ( being husbands friend & not family or a relative ) so she used more of section 34 for me
