Agreement of Sale cum GPA registered in year 2000. Is it still valid today in 2019?

In addition to above Agreement of sale cum GPA is valid even in 2019 unless it is declared void by court.

Ji, the Sale Agreement is coupled with GPA. so the GPA principal (owner of the property/vendor) is alive, that Sale Agreement cum GPA is valid.

Whether the GPA & Agreement to sell is for valuable consideration and payment has been acknowledged by vendor? If so, it is valid, otherwise zero.
It would be advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/documents, guidance and proceeding.
