New Enrolment

Respected sir,
One of my cousin completed her 3years LLB course this year . Now she is working in a West Bengal govt. Project as a contractual employee ,not a permanent post. Sir my query is can she apply for enrolment as an advocate according to The Bar Council Act?

Yes.she can apply for enrollment in the Bar Council.

She can not apply while in service.

Enrollment with BCI shall require that she is not in full time employee elsewhere so decide accordingly.
