You cannot get it from SC Website.

If you so desire, you have to get in touch with either of the following:
1. Advocate on Record (AOR) through whom the SLP was filed by the Meghalaya Govt. or
2. The Respondent or the lawyer of the Respondent concerned.

There is absolutely no other way.
