Remarriage after obtaining divorce

sir, I got divorce in highcourt on 1st June.We both parties initiated negotiations but the negotiations failed. I got remarried on 11th september. Now my ex wife is preparing to approach supreme court. Whether my second marriage is valid? What should I do now? It is known to me that the appeal period is 90 days.Will supreme court allow the case though the appeal period is over.

If you have got the valid divorce, she has no claim left with her.

The limitation period for her appeal in SC is over, as 113 days have elapsed since the order,when U remarried.Though 90 days and another 10 days of condonation of delay is also exausted.Hence don't bother about the appeal,May not be admitted.
