hi sir this is a special case . A couples had married on jan 2015. girl was innocent n very scary .they dont have any proofs of that marriage .again a girl got married on march 2015 caz of her parents . she came out n ran away with her boy frn .after 5 days parents bring them back n they forced her to go with the married men who married on march even they are not accepting her . even if they accept she wont be ther , she is in her parents home right now . girl wont speak much with thier parents , they are treating her like anything , offcourse she made a big mistake , but truth she donno how to speak . and now again she s ready to leave home n go .
what will be the consequences if she leav home now?
how can it be solved . girls parents are very powerfull they can do anything .for that boy. how it can be solved?

Her marriage earlier without proof is as good as invalid legally.If she is so bent upon living with her boyfriend,nothing in the world can stop her.But that would land herself and the boy into further troubles leading to many grave consequences.

they have only few pics taken on jan . we can fight if her parents keep quite . but they wont leav them .how can it be taken over .she s ready to cum now n she will cumout without knowing to her boy frn. what if they file a complain against boy?

If the girl supports her first husband then nothing wrong in seeking legal help.
Husband may file Habeas Corpus petition before High Court for this purpose.

thnks for yor reply sir , the thing s her parents are very strong ,local police support evrything they have , already they warned the boy they that, we will kill u . evn u can go n file a complaint on me that i have a threat from these ppls.
he cant go anywher caz he has only his mom with him . and he s a govt employee. the girl wont leave him .parents are not accepting him. they donno about her 1st marriage wid him . even it cums to know even they can kill her also .it cant go that extent .but they can do anything for that boy . plz suggest.

Courage has to be gathered. He may have to loose a lot, may be false cases against him be filed, may have to face long litigations. If interested, he may proceed and consult some local lawyer.

1. Except photos, there is no proof of first marriage. Then how can you say marriage is sanctified? Your pictures exchanging garlands with your girl friend will not establish any marriage.
2. You could have stopped her marriage performed by her parents which is in fact legal one. You could not do so.
3. You should have left the girl to lead her own life. Even after marriage also you are playing with her life. Damage is already caused to your dear darling, as her husband is not accepting her because of the affair with you.
4. They are influential and they will not allow the marriage with you, they may even go to the extent of killing her. Then what is benefit of playing this game? Don't you feel threat for your life also.
5. You are a Government Employee. You can not establish the so called first marriage with the girl. If you start living with the wife of another person, you both are committing bigamy and you will loose your job.
5. Life is not cinema. Life is life. Accept it. Leave her at least now. Otherwise lives of you both and your job is at stake.

This is not a legal issue until something unwarranted happens as per the query.Hope it will not happen.
As per UR query nothing can stop the girl from going to the boy,and that will pave the way for her husband to file for adultery and get rid of her.But the boy will be in a soup all the while,being a scapegoat in the entire episode.
The boy or the girl cannot prove their marriage legally,and hence it is for the girl to realise the consequences to be forseen in future putting 3 lives at stake.

they are not ready to accept her . n they have decided to not to accept her . she s ready to leav home again even without informing the boy . she s daily calling the boy i wont be here and even i wont tell u wher i will be .donno when she will leav her home n go.her parents not ready to give divorce also to that person. they are ready to do other marriage but not ready to send with the boy. girl will not leav him at any situation .she will wait till her life ends. this is what her final decision.
