I think your husband has file a suit for divorce. in the same case you can file petition for maintenance for you and the children.
You can file separate case under OWDV Act to claim maintenance for all of you.
Consult a local lawyer for more help.

Dear Querist
your husband has filed a case against you before family court, it may be divorce case, it may be restitution of conjugal right, it may be child custody case.
if the case is divorce or RCR then file an application u/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act and claim pendelite maintenance for yourself and for children.
file your reply with the help of lawyer if you are not capable to fight the case yourself.
Feel free to Call

You may take the help of a local lawyer who will be able to guide you properly on all the local issues relating to the present matrimonial disputes as well as maintenance case because he has already filed a divorce suit against you, now it is your turn to challenge his allegations.
