Affidavit

Because of the difficulty in formatting text on eStamp Paper, is it permissible to enclose affidavit typed on a plain paper with the blank eStamp paper. If so, is anything is to be mentioned on the eStamp Paper and/or on the paper on which the affidavit is typed ?

E-Stamp paper is not meant for writing.
You have to use separate sheets for writing purposes.

Thanks to all the experts who responded.

I am to actually prepare affidavits, hence this query. Rules of some states prescribe that a portion of the document should be on the stamp paper. However I could not lay my hands on the rules prevailing in Delhi in this regard. However, I was told by some document writers that the document can be typed on a separate paper and enclosed with the eStamp Paper. Mention of UIN on the attached sheet was sufficient.

However, having failed to see any written provision, advice of experts was requested.

Shall be grateful if some expert could elucidate.
