Hi I am working in a private educational firm. I have not been paid salary from july. Where i can go and where should i file a legal case.

first send legal notice to firm and claim ur full dues.

Send legal notice claiming your salary and if no response, file case. Consult a local lawyer.

Submit a narration of all representations made so far by email/in person/letters etc (mention names, dates,….brief minutes of discussion etc) to Principle, then to Managing Committee………………………and thus exhaust the internal options.

Thereafter escalate to Univ. with which it is affiliated, officials under State Education Act, staff unions…………….
