Proof that wife was not with me for 4 months

hello sir,
i am facing 498 my wife is saying that she used to live with from last 6 months but she was not with me from last 4 months so how to prove this fact.

For the offence under section 498.a there is no need to live together with you. Even complaint can made for the delayed offence.

Even though the alleged complaint stated that offence committed on those days which were she not with you mean just collect evidence to prove the same.

Evidence depends upon case to case and person to person. There cannot be a straight jacket formula for that purpose so think specifically about your circumstances.
