kindly help me with a draft of u/s 11 petition under arbitration act. for appointment of an arbitrator. Just confused with the prayers and format. I have to file the same before Hon'ble bombay hing court.

I advise you to approach an advocate who is handling arbitration cases. Or else take the help of the high court registry. go and see the real case which was passed by the passing officer. This will really help you.
