Section 504,506 and 324 filed f.i.r against 3 person

Dear Sir,

In one case police has filed F.I.R in section 504,506 and 324 against them they taken bail next day after that they are going to court on date but the person who filed complaint against them he is ready to withdraw his case against them.

1) What is procedure for withdraw that case.

If charge sheet is not submitted then he can give affidavit stating withdrawing his complaint.
If Police refuses to this then go for quashing in High Court.

Sec.504,506 and 324 IPC are compoundable offence then complainant can withdraw his case by filing a Petition with supported by an Affidavit in the Court,sec.320 Cr.P.C. may be applicable in this case.so,he may contact with his lawyer for further step.
