how else can i prove tht they actually caused torture..cant forensic lab prove that they have never been modified. pls help im in dire need...

What was your previous query?, however from what you state it can be understood that you no longer have the original version of the recording with you (?), the evidence now available in the internet has to be proved about its authenticity, how do you think that you can prove it (?), For always that is better, please posses a hard copy of the recording atleast in the form of a CD for the present, what is your lawyer opining? Be i touch with your lawyer and proceed as pe his advise because he is the person who is fully aware of the present stage of the case as well as about the prevailing circumstance.

my prev query was were voice rec admissible in court. after reading in lic i came to knw they hv to be original device too. how can i prove that they r original unmodified ones.

can forensic lab prove it.. what happens in case smbdy loses his cell phn and submits the copy on cd..
