I have signed a compromise petition dran by both the parties.whic has been awarded by retired high court judge.I want to wether it can be challeged or not.The award was passed on 27-9-2009.

consent terms have been filed and duly signed by both the parties . what were you doing for 5 years ? why you want to challenge it ? .

No,it can not be challenged now.

No, you can not challenge it anymore. Time limit is 120 days from the date of receipt of award.
