hiii,My grand pa own a land from others,due to heart attack he was dead without registrating them.so my father paid the sum to them and bought our land back.but now my grand pa having four sons,is this property is sharable for all 4 of them.if yes,then how about the person who paid the money to bring back the land

As per Muslim law, if died any one, left with his legal heirs, all the the legal heirs entitle to rights to share the property 2/1 share.
