sir, I m running a private coaching classes. Where and how can i register my coaching centre. please let me know the proper proceure to register my coaching centre.

There is no provision for registration of private coaching classes.

But, you need to get a license under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act of your state.

Take license under Shop and Commercial Establishment Act of your State and any other local Municipal license if needed at your place.

i believe in bihar registration is necessary for coachng classes

There is no law for the registration of coaching institutes in Bihar like many other states.

Yes! Mr.Sethi!Your believe is correct.
It is negligence of querist who has not told the place of coaching.

Bihar is perhaps the first and only state having regulatory legislation in this regard by the name'THE BIHAR COACHING INSTITUTE (CONTROL & REGULATION) , ACT 2010 '.
