dear sir
Partition suit is pending in the court,my uncle ha s give for a lease to till the landto someone,my uncle is not the owner of the land,shall owner of the land can give the complent to stop tilling the land.

Whether he is party to the suit? If the suit is pending you file an application seeking direction to direct your uncle to deposit the amount in the court.

If owner is party to the suit, then the lease is subject to the final judgement. If he is not a party, he has to file impleading application.
Meanwhile, rent must be deposited in court.
