Probate - will execution

my uncle wrote a will favoring me, now his no more, as per his will deed his property transfer to me, now what i need to do, how to deal with this?

a will is property transfer and inheritance proof ,which you as beneficiary of the will has to probate the will in a competent court which has jurisdiction.

probating a will means the court certifying the will as true copy of the original,and IN THE PROCESS , the court also ascertains and authenticates as to who are all the legal heirs to the said property , and declares them as such.

after this process of probating a will, you need to get the transfer of the said property in your name in SRO.it is called mutating the property in the name of the legal heir .
