Dear Industry colleagues and Experts,

Can you please let me know the rules, procedure to be followed by a Company for invoking and settling a dispute by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Please share a checklist procedure and draft of notice.

First of all there should exist an arbitration agreement. after the dispute arises, it has to be settled as per the agreement within the rules of the 1996 Act.
