Hello

One of my friend husbad married another lady and had a baby with her when the first marraige is in existence.

Now the first wife came to know about this

is it possible for her to ask the court to make DNA TEST that child was born to her husaband only. though she is not biological mother.

Nobody can just go to the court and ask for a DNA test at his/her whims. The court can order the test only during any litigation in progress where the paternity needs to be confirmed.

You need to file a FIR against your husband failing which file criminal complaint and during the trial, move such application and court can permit for that test.

such tests are not conducted like blood sugar test. court has to order during the process
