I am appearing for the above exam which is scheduled on 31st March, 2013. please guide me as to how should i prepare for the same.

I never wrote for any such exam.see old papers to have an idea or go in touch of those who wrote it in recent past.

check the syllabus . prepare your self accordinglyy . find out whether last 5 year questions papers are avilable or not . mostly objective type questions would be asked . your basics of law should be clear .

It is both subjective as well as descriptive.
I want to know whether i should go through the commentary or the bare act.
