Fraud by the company

Dear Sir,
I purchased a item from Online site few days ago and payment them through Credit Card,
Cc avenue payment gateway. but item is not shipped by seller. I found that Company is fraud. So, how can i get my many back. Where i complaint it in proper way. reply soon.

I presume by this time the company's website too must have been shut down.You are just one of the thosands of who are duped in such manner by many companies.

Give a complaint to cyber police. Thereafter you forget. You are not getting anythng. If you do recover anything kindly enlighten me how/when you got it.
Funny. There are cheating cases in purchases across the counter and you are expecting to track the unknown recipent of your payment.
You thank your stars that the credit card No and password were not hacked through such site.

looking after & running i am a practicing as advocate also publish a hindi fortnightly 'UPBHOKTA SWAR', editor is cheated.
You must take all possible steps, Publish in your own news paper , and few more, and Complain to the highest level to pressurise Police Dept, to investigate, find out, how money moved from place to place, with 420 ipc, complaint.
Publish Widely, So that at least others do not become prey of such website sellers.
