hi,
sir my question is what points should be added in time of forming a deed so that if any one conduct fraud or cheating the others parners ar list affected.

You are adivsed to consult a lawyer for a fool proof draft of partnership deed. You can very well get the formats online. But it is always advisable to get it drafted by a good lawyer.

Dear Mr. Ritesh,
Partnership itself is based on utmost faith and trust between the partners.
Each partner is an agent of the other partner. Therefore whatever an agent does, the principal will definitely get affected. Therefore, the question of any of the partner getting least affected by the wrong actions of other partners is a mirage!
At best, one such method is making signature of two partners for operating any bank account. However, such stipulations in regard to other activities like placing order for supply of goods, or acceptance of tender etc., though can be prescribed internally, the same cannot bind the public at large.
In a worst scenario, the other partners can sue the fraudulent partner.
As rightly advised by Mr. Deepak Nair, it would be advisable for you to take professional help from a lawyer, instead of trying to make a partnership deed by picking some clauses from here and there from some already available partnership deed templates.

Take Services of Lawyer for your desired purpose as advised, I would also one more advise that witnesses of Deed should be your friend/relative.
