i had given a blank cheque to one of my colleague he deposited in his account with a high ammount. now everytime he is tourturing that he will give notice. wht can i do ??

if he has deposited cheque and if cheque bounced he will issue legal notice . in reply mention that blank cheque was given and amounts have been filled by complainant . no debt is due and payable

How much days ago, the aforesaid cheque was bounced?
If one month has expired then there is no need to fear for the criminal case, though, he may still file a civil suit.
You should tactfully deal with him and get passed one month by hoock or croock and then after expiry of one month, you issue him a notice as advised stating therein committing a fraud upon you and thus to return the chque.

he can re deposit cheque after a month also, and send notice after 2 months.
ANO must issue notice now, before he act.

Better to send a notice as suggested above. If he sends a notice, then you can reply denying any liability.
