Intercaste marriage

Dear Sir,

I want to marry with an inter caste girl.we both were agreed but girl's family members are saying that if u will marry, we will kill both of them. Tell me what i will do and where should we go to take help . please suggest me the way.

both are major then go register office, file your marriage and get married.

Your marriage can be solemnized both under Hindu Marriage Act[if both are Hindu, Sikh, budha , Jain etc]and also by Arya Samaj institution.AND also under Special Marriage Act.Doing this need courage.If you are fearful better do not go ahead.

If not then in case the Girl is confined by parents then file a writ in high court for presenting her before court.The High Court shall provide you both
passing a protection order too on your application.Else DM n SP are the persons to be approach.

yes.. legally you are liberty to get marry each other., but better try to convince girl's family., be strong with your stand., just wait till them acceptance.,

getting marriage with both family and relative's blesses will be good one.,

yes sir., simply show your [you and your lady] strong in your love., no one parents will like to do bad thing to them child.,

so just make them to realize your love's worth.,

but legally you are eligible to marry with her., no one can stop it still she stant steady with your love.

You can get police protection even on approaching to any sessions judge or SSP.
