please mention about the steps for marriage of a indian boy with a foreign lady. whether special marriage act is applicable. if so the steps relating to it.

There is no bar for marrying a foriegn national.

It can be done under customary law as well as under Special Marriage Act.

Visit local registrar office and they would give you a form and an affidavit, which you need to submit and after 30 days display of notice, you can be validily married, if no one objects to it.

Special Marriage act is applicable for such type of marriage.

For get marriage, follow procedure as suggested of Mr.Shonee.

There is even no bar to marry with foreign national according to Hindu Marriage Act. Such marriage can also be registered.
