Surity for filing a case

It has happened earlier also, that my case was not properly filed by the registry of court and it was allotted a fake number and later on a mendacious & ridiculous judgment was delivered, which under normal senses no judge can deliver.

I think its due to non existence of case on judicial record.

Is it possible?

How to make sure that the case is properly filed and alloted a genuine number ?

Its strange but true.

un believable . when suit is filed sen to registry for checking . registry takes out various objections . advocate has to remove the objections sign that objections are removed counter signed by registry then suit numbered .

how can fake number be given .
