i am a 34 years married man & also have a 3 years old son.i want to file a divorce against my wife on the grounds that she creates disharmony in my joint family,use slang,beat my son brutually,expense unnecessarily.my family members are scared of her.she tortured them mentally in such a way.she even doubt me with each & every girl with my own sister,bhabi & friends.with her this suspicious nature she destroy my business place by blaming me with my lady assistant creating a scene there.she destroyed my reputation.now people mocked at me in neighbourhood n others.she is forcibly staying in my house.my lady assistant gone in the depression state & even attempted for suicide.since that incident i am not staying in my home.i am living out of station but still she calls me & blames me having relationship in out station & if i donot receive her calls ,she beats my son brutually.I want to file a divorce against her & get rid of her as soon as possible.please suggest the possible way.

First you tell all the prob to your in law and their member regarding , if the prob still continued then approach a lawyer nearer to your place and explained all, sure he will guide to solve the prop.

Yes the incidents cited by you are sufficient to ask for a divorce provided the same has caused lot of mental cruelty to you making it wholly incompatible for your stay together under one roof any more.

how long have you beeen staying separate?
if she beats your son brutally file police complaint against her . this will help you in your divorce case later

Your problem is very serious. You should adopt multidimensional ways to sort our your problem. Your in-laws or any of her friend should be contacted to mend her ways as told by you. You should also obtain per past history whether she is mentally ill or whether she was under treatment due to her mental health. Obtain medical evidence which shall further help you in divorce petition. Lodging of FIR for mercilessly beating your son is also a serious ground.
Prepare your case full proof prior to its filing.

You have taken things far too lightly till now.
Your divorce case is mainatinable on the grounds of cruelty. Also, if grounds are apt, you can ask for child custody even.

her relatives & family members are supporting her saying that their is innocent.i am living separately since feb month & now its almost 9 months.When they created scene in my business place i.e. office premise her relatives beaten me with shoes & others.She is warning me of false allegation cases like 498 & bigamy...
