My client is in America. She wants to buy a property through bank loan in Tamil Nadu.

What are the documents to be prepared regarding this?

She shall have to provide her POA in favour of either of her relative living in India by getting such POA duly attested from Indian Embassy situated in USA nearest to her which in turn shall be registered in India. She has nothing to do more than this because her GPA shall sign on registered sale deed/agreement on her behalf. The performa for GPA is available in every embassy of India situated in all countries.
