Dear Sir,

What is the requisite stamp for ''Memorandum evidencing mortgage by deposit of title deeds' in Delhi and under what provision.

stamp is under stamp act, under the registration act the requisite fees to be paid. Since memorandum is typed in formats and not on stamp papers.

Whoever is the Bank counsel,he will manage the role in that case.
Every state has different stamp fees,hence for verification you can contact any local solicitor/advocate or stamp vendor.
