Bank refuse to recruit

Dear sir i have applied for ibps rrb officer scale 1 for arunanchal pradesh rural bank and after all recrutment process i have been alloted to arunanchal pradesh rural bank. But bank refuse to recruit any of the alloted candidate stating that we don't have any seat. Vacancy furnished by us was tentative. Please help me sir what can i do

But sir earlier they show their vacancy that's why we people applied for that job. But after all selection process is over they are saying that we don't have any seat. If they don't have seat why they conduct examination and interview. We have invested lot of money for this exam. Sir at least they should inform us for this. We don't have applied for any other job because of this

In such situation it would be difficult to succeed as the employer has declared that there exist no vacancy.

Recruitment rules and procedure thereof is the prerogative of employer.

recruitment rule is not the matter of discretion of the deptt.
police verification procedure is not governed by any rules framed under Art 309. It is governed by administrative instructions which are classified and not open to public download. This is a matter of discretion in such cases.

Normally the selection process initiated in anticipation of vacancy and the panel valid for a year. Hence you may wait as they can not issue offer without a clear vacancy.

Thanks all of you but my question is that can any organization do such things after all they show their vacancy that they required persons and after taking exams and interview and after that they are saying that they don't have any seat. What about our money paid for exams and interview and transportation expenses for this. Can I file any petition against them or not. And what about my image that I told everyone that I got job in bank as officer. People will think that I was lying. Everyone makes fun of me.

Even if there is a clear vacancy the employer has a right not to fill it.
The cause of action of the candidate in govt sector starts when the post is filled by a less eligible, or less compatible person or filled by violation of the process or by abuse of powers.

You may take up the matter with IBPS; there is no other remedy.

You can approach if any candidate having marks in selection procedure less than you is appointed in any other Bank.

Yes sir in many other states candidates have already joined in their alloted bank even they have less marks than us
