Hello I booked a return flight through online agent Goibibo. Outbound and inbound airlines are different. Outbound flight got cancelled due to poor weather so I was not able to use my inbound ticket as well. Therefore I called goibibo to either cancel or reschedule my both ticket but he said that he can't do anything as inbound ticket is different airline then outbound airline and I am the one who ask to cancel this flight so there will be no refund given. I want to know that in this case when I was forced to cancel my inbound flight due to outbound flight cancelled, can I get my full refund of inbound flight? I gave three option to goibibo 1. Cancel the inbound flight and refund full amount of both flight (Outbound refund is no issue). 2. Reschedule my both flights in upcoming weeks. 3. Cancel both flights and keep the money with you and I can use it for future travel booking. But Goibibo is saying that if airline don't give refund so they can't do anything. I understand weather condition is not the airline fault but it is not customer fault either. Why only customer have to take all the hit why not Goibibo is responsible? Airlines were different for both flights but my agent is same for both flights. Please advice.

There is an Procedure in all the Airlines the Tickets Purchased on Minimum Fare will not be Cancelled or Refunded.

Booking refund rules of the airlines need to be referred for your claim.

Sirs, Thanks a lot for reply. But here my concern is that I cancelled the inbound flight because outbound flight did not took place. It was not me who wants to cancel the flight but it was outbound flight which got cancelled. I believe in this case outbound flight operator, goibibo and me should take the hit. Not alone me as I am equally clean as other players are. What do you all think?

goibibo is only an agent, not playing operation. Tickets were booked by airlines. You should have referred all terms and conditions / cancellation rules before proceeding.
If the cancellation policy are not favoring your claim, you have a weak case for the claim legally.
