If they didn't return and I apply for another duplicate documents then any problem occur?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 04 November 2016
You have been dismissed.

Is there any particular reason for not making an application to Indian Army to return your original documents?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 04 November 2016
Discipline in Indian Army is major factor.

How you left the service after basic training?

What was the steps taken by army before dismissal?

Have you ever requested to return your original?

Meanwhile obtain the procedure and details of formalities to have duplicate from Board.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 04 November 2016
What truthful reason you would quote to get duplicate certificate?

Is your current whereabouts known to Indian Army?

You are not coming with full facts. Why are you harping upon for duplicate documents? What is the reason for your hesitation for making an application to your employers for return of documents?
For obtaining duplicate certificates, it is not so easy. You will have to give reason for missing originals. The procedure for each document is different and some times difficult also.
Manoj (Querist) 05 November 2016
I will request to Indian army to back documents.. Otherwise if I apply for duplicate documents will be there any problem in future employment?

LCI expert Dr.J.C.Vashista is from army background.

You can benefit from his counsel.

@ Manoj,
You are not coming out with truth and making hay-wire statements.

Did you leave army during basic training or after basic training? You have mentioned both the occasions.

If your statement may be taken as true that you left the service during basic training, what was the reason?

Were you court-marshaled, what was the sentence?

If the documents are still with the training company/battalion or record office send an application for return of your testimonials. In any circumstances army authorities do not retain original certificates of a recruit when he is "out" of service, I do not accept your statement.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 06 November 2016
The author may reply to points raised by expert Dr J C Vashista.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 06 November 2016
If you left the service, what was the reasons of dismissal. Did you left after proper information?
Manoj (Querist) 07 November 2016
I haven't been court martialed. I have left service after two month of basic training due to my incomplete education.
Manoj (Querist) 07 November 2016
Higher studies.
